These terms and conditions govern the services provided by 24 7 Property Maintenance LTD ("we", "us", "our"). By requesting a quote or instructing us to carry out work, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Quotes and estimates
Any quote we provide is based on the information available at the time and the work you have described. If the scope of work changes, or if issues become apparent once work is under way, we will discuss and agree any additional cost with you before proceeding.
Bookings and appointments
We will agree a date and time for the work with you in advance. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us as much notice as possible so we can offer the slot to another customer.
Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due on completion of the work. We will make the payment methods we accept clear before the job begins. For larger projects we may agree a deposit or staged payments in advance.
Your responsibilities
- Providing safe and reasonable access to the property for the agreed work;
- Giving us accurate information about the work and the property;
- Telling us about anything that may affect the safe carrying out of the work.
Our work
We take pride in carrying out work to a good standard using suitable materials and skilled tradespeople. If you are not satisfied with any work we have done, please tell us promptly so we have the opportunity to put it right.
Liability
We carry out our work with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. We are not responsible for pre-existing defects or for issues outside the scope of the work you asked us to do.
Cancellation
Where you have a legal right to cancel (for example under consumer contract regulations for work agreed off-premises), we will explain that right to you. If work has already been carried out at your request during any cancellation period, a charge may apply for the work completed.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your job is the one in force when you instruct us to carry out the work.
